Refund Against Cancellation


  • Online Payments: For orders canceled or failed, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment—Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Third-Party Wallet.

Refund Against Return


  • COD Orders: Refunds for returned COD orders will be credited after inspection via a credit note to the retailer's ledger. The credit can be adjusted against outstanding dues. If preferred, the retailer can request a refund to their registered bank account by providing the required bank details (Account No., Bank Name, IFSC, Cancelled Cheque, etc.).
  • Online Paid Orders: Refunds for returned orders paid online will be credited back to the original payment method. The refund process may take 7 to 15 working days depending on the bank/payment gateway.
  • Refund Delays: Please note that delays may occur due to bank or payment gateway processes, which are beyond our control. For queries related to refunds, contact Mr. Sourav Saha, Grievance Officer at care@retailershakti.com or call 916292002002.

Return Policy


  • Initiating Returns: Retailers can initiate returns through the dashboard by navigating to: Dashboard >> Welcome User >> Return
  • Return Limit: Wholesale buyers can return up to 4% of the eligible products purchased in the last 12 months. Returns must be initiated before the product's shelf life expires, i.e., within one month past the expiry date.
  • Non-Returnable Products:
    • Temperature-controlled products (e.g., insulin)
    • Injections
    • Damaged products, unless returned within 3 days of delivery
  • Damaged Products: For damaged products, the return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery with a picture of the damage. These returns do not count toward the 4% return limit.
  • Condition of Return:

    • Products must be in good condition, intact, sealed, and unused.
    • Credit notes will be issued within 30 days after inspection of returned products.

Cancellation Policy


  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before they are processed, as long as they are in the "In Process" or "Order Placed" status. Simply click on the "Cancel" button to initiate cancellation.
