Adliv syrup tackles liver disorders of various forms and etiologies. It is used as a remedy in viral Hepatitis, drug induced or alcoholic hepatitis, hepatotoxicity due to anti-tubercular and anti-malarial drugs and all conditions of compromised liver and gall bladder functions. It is extremely useful in condition of decreased appetite due to liver disease. Adliv syrup also cures anorexia. Each 5ml of Adliv syrup contains herbal extracts of Andrographis Paniculata – 100 mg., Picrorrhiza Kurroa – 40 mg., Eclipta Alba – 200 mg., Phyllanthus Niruri – 50 mg., Tephrosia Purpurea – 240 mg. And Trikatu – 50 mg. Its herbal composition makes it absolutely free from side effects. The dosage for adults is 2 teaspoonful twice a day, for children below 6 years the correct dosage is 1 teaspoonful daily while for children between 6-12 years the dosage is 1 teaspoonful twice daily. The syrup comes in a 200ml bottle.
