About Alcarex Eye Drop :

Alcarex Eye drop is an anti-histaminic ophthalmic solution. Each ml Alcarex Eye drop contains Alcaftadine 2.5 mg/ml, Benzalkonium Chloride 0.005% w/v (As preservative) and Sterile aqueous vehicle q.s.

Use of Alcarex Eye Drops :

Alcarex Eye drop is a combination medicine, used to prescribe for the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.

Usage direction of Alcarex Eye Drops :

• Alcarex Eye drops is intended for ophthalmic use only.
• As per the patient’s conditions, the physician/Ophthalmologist will advise the proper dose and the duration of the application.
• Before applying this ophthalmic solution (Eye drops) wash hands first.
• Use the solution within one month after opening the vial.
• It is advised to check the label before apply.
• Do not skip or stop the dose without doctor’s advice.
• Do not apply more than the prescribed quantity.
• Replace the cap after every use.

Precaution & Related information of Alcarex Eye Drops :

• Alcarex Eye drops is for external use only. Not for injection.
• Do not touch nozzle tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution.
• If the solution becomes cloudy or dark brown it should be discarded.
• If irritation persists or increases discontinue the use and consult the physician/Ophthalmologist.
• If allergic to any of the ingredient of this medicine or any other complication appears during the application of this medicine, please consult with the physician/Ophthalmologist immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store below 25ºC.
