About Cipla ORS Prolyte Lemon Liquid:

Cipla ORS Prolyte Lemon Liquid is a ready-to-drink formula recommended by WHO. It is used in conditions of diarrhoea, vomiting, and when there is a loss of water and electrolytes. This ORS can be a good replacement for lost fluids and electrolytes.

Composition: 

Each Pack of (200 ml) Contains:

Sodium Chloride: 0.52 g, Potassium Chloride: 0.30 g, Sodium Citrate: 0.58 g, Dextrose Anhydrous: 2.70 g, and Excipients q.s.

200 ml of Cipla ORS Prolyte Lemon Liquid supplies electrolytes in the following concentrations:

Sodium: 75 mOsmol/Litre, Potassium: 20 mOsmol/Litre, Chloride: 65 mOsmol/Litre, Citrate: 10 mOsmol/Litre, Dextrose: 75 mOsmol/Litre

Total Osmolarity: 245 mOsmol/Litre

• Replenishes the loss of water and electrolytes due to the conditions like diarrhoea, vomiting, etc.
• Restores body fluids and electrolytes lost due to dehydration.

• Cipla ORS Prolyte Lemon Liquid is intended to consume orally as advised by the healthcare professional.
• Direction of use: The dose should be appropriately adjusted to the patient’s requirement for maintenance and replacement of fluids.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended quantity.
