Combisafe D Tablet is advised to support the overall health scenario of an individual.

Composition:

Each film coated Combisafe D Tablet contains:

Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg, Alpha Lipoic Acid: 100 mg, Vitamin D3: 1000 IU, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride: 3 mg, Folic Acid: 1.5 mg.

Colours: Red Oxide of Iron, Yellow Oxide of Iron & Titanium Dioxide

Appropriate overages are added to compensate the loss on storage.

Usage Direction of Combisafe D Tablet:

• Combisafe D Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Combisafe D Tablet is to be taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Related information of Combisafe D Tablet:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Combisafe D Tablet, inform the physician immediately.  
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this tablet with any other medicines or supplements.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep all medicines out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Combisafe D Tablet:

• Store protected from light & moisture, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
