Directions for Use -  

• Boil 1 cup of nutritious fortune soya chunks in 4 cups of water & a pinch of salt for 5 minutes. Do not use salt for preparing sweet dishes.

• Lightly squeeze out the excess water before adding them to the recipe of your choice.
