Usage Direction:

• Lactodex HMF Sachet is intended to consume orally in a dose & direction as advised by the health worker.
• 1) Pour 25 ml of human milk (as directed by the health worker) into a sterile container. 2) Add the entire contents of one sachet (1 g) to the container. 3) Cap the container, shake well & feed. 4) Cover and store the unused fortified human milk in the refrigerator. 5) Use fortified human milk within 8 hours of preparation.
• Shake well before use.
• Before consumption always goes through the leaflet or label instruction that comes with the product.
