Directions For Use -

For 200 ml of reconstituted feeding, add 132ml of freshly boiled & cooled water to 84 g (8 heaped scoops) of pentasure DLS in a clean container, stir thoroughly & consume immediately.

Storage Information -

This tin contains a sealed foil pouch. Once the foil pouch has been opened, the contents should be used within 1 month. Please do not empty the contents of the foil into the container.
