Product Information-

Close the tin tightly after each use. Store in a cool, dry place. Consume the contents within 4 weeks. Once reconstituted, use within 6 hours (at room temperature) or 12 hours (if refrigerated and covered). Not for parenteral nutrition. When used as a tube feeding, do not add medications or other foods to the feeding. To be taken under medical advice. Not intended for use in children below two years of age. Best before 24 months from manufacture.

Directions:

Wash hands. Follow the feeding chart and select the volume to be prepared. Measure clean pre-boiled water (room temperature) and pour into a clean container. Scoop and level the desired amount of powder using the scoop in the tin or weigh by grams. Add the powder to the water and immediately stir till well mixed. Pour into a clean container, cover and refrigerate. After use, store the scoop inside the can.
