Product Information - 

Dabur Sat Isabgol husk is a natural product derived from the quality seeds of Plantago Ovata 9Isabgol) to ensure good quality & efficacy. it is derived from the upper coating of the seeds by milling & sieving process. 

Uses - 

It helps to get relief from constipation. It also helps to regularise bowel movement & reduce cholesterol levels.

Each 10 g is prepared/derived from: 

Isabgol (Plantago Ovata, Sd. Husk) - 10 g

Dosage & Directions: 

• Adults & Children above 12 years: 1 - 2 teaspoonfuls (2.5 - 5 g) 1 - 3 times a day. 
• Children aged 6 - 12 Years: 1/2 to 1 teaspoonful (1.5 - 2.5 g) 1 - 3 times a day or as directed by the physician. 
• Use a dry spoon to measure Sat Isabgol.
• Add to 150 - 200 ml of water in a glass, stir briskly & drink at once.
• Can also be taken with milk, fruit juice, curd, etc. 

Storage Information - 

Store in a cool & dry place, protected from moisture, sunlight & direct sources of heat. After opening this pack, transfer the contents into empty, dry & airtight containers.
